You may think the "turtle" joke goes too far, but we're talking about one of the most powerful politicians in the country not being able to walk up stairs without falling.
This is embarrassing for Mitch, his family, Washington, and America as a whole.
This is Mitch's sixth medical emergency in just the past few years. Most recently, he busted his face at a GOP lunch.
And let's not forget spacing out entirely at press conferences.
