I don't know who could have seen this coming, but the CEO of Pfizer is now saying that people might now need FOUR Covid shots in order to be protected from the virus.

Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla on Wednesday said that a fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine may eventually be needed amid concerns about the omicron variant.

Bourla told CNBC that he previously thought a fourth shot may be needed 12 months after the third dose, but with omicron, that timeline may need to be moved up.

"I think we will need the fourth dose," he said, pointing to his previous timeline of 12 months. "With omicron, we need to wait and see because we have very little information. We may need it faster."

See, they were already thinking you'll need your fourth shot a year after your third shot. But with omicron, which has so far resulted in ZERO known deaths, it's SUPER important to speed up the process and get more people their fourth jab ASAP.

At least it's important to the CEO of Pfizer, for some reason.

Even lefty host of the Daily Show, Trevor Noah, made this point last week when he criticized Moderna's CEO for suggesting the exact same thing.
