What is this?
I've never seen a ref hip check a player like this, and I hope I never see it again.
Maybe Marsh was "taunting" a little bit beforehand (what is not considered taunting these days?), but that still doesn't explain or excuse the hip check from the ref.
And the penalty flag? Gimme a break!
