So what the heck is this about??

Then there's Biden, with the true president (DOCTOR Jill) towering over him...
He's kneeling like he's just happy to be invited for a photo op before his nap.
(And if you think he's just trying to be nice to the sailors behind him, look at the camera angles again, then remember that's not how the military nor the chain of command works. Sorry!)
