In an unexpected victory on the vaccine mandate front, the Supreme Court of New York has ruled in favor of the unvaccinated, demanding any NYC employees banned because of the jab must be rehired with back pay.

It is clear that the Health Commissioner has the authority to issue public health mandates. No one is refuting that authority. However, the Health Commissioner cannot create a new condition of employment for city employees. The Health Commissioner cannot prohibit an employee from reporting to work. The Health Commissioner cannot terminate employees. The Mayor cannot exempt certain employees from these order. Executive Order No. 62 renders all these vaccine mandates arbitrary and capricious.

This is a complete and thorough slap-down of New York City's pseudo-scientific dictatorship of health.

After Eric Adams fired over one thousand city workers for failing to comply with his medical tyranny, he claimed he had no regrets.

Now, the Supreme Court of New York has put the mayor and his administration in their place.

The ruling goes on:

Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or transmitting Covid-19.

By the way:

Continuing on:

The petitioners should not have been terminated for choosing not to protect themselves. We have learned through the course of the pandemic that the vaccine against Covid-19 is not absolute... President Joseph Biden has said that the pandemic is over. The state of New York ended the Covid-19 state of emergency over a month ago.

This ruling delivers justice to the hundreds of individuals put out of work by Eric Adams and his tyrannical vaccine mandate.

It's an undeniable victory in one of the most liberal states in the nation.
