Something tells me it'll be tough to get a fair trial with this judge.

If you don't know Billboard Chris, we've covered him on this site before. He's a parent and a pro-child activist who wears a billboard around whatever city he happens to be in, simply stating the fact that children can't consent to puberty blockers.

The hot water Chris Elston finds himself in at the moment is that he carried his message of "intolerance" to Australia where such "hate speech," like using someone's correct gender, is illegal.

Well, actually, he just tweeted about it.

To catch you up on this story: Australia's radical left censorship czar demanded X remove a tweet from Billboard Chris criticizing the World Health Organization for hiring a sexually deviant trans person to craft their transgender policy. In the tweet, Chris uses the biologically correct pronoun.

Here is the offending tweet he promises not to delete:

Australia is fining X hundreds of thousands for not deleting this post from the internet. The judge in this hearing has apparently already decided that Chris is in the wrong before the case has even begun.

The judge in 'Billboard' Chris Elston's directions hearing declared that a biological woman be addressed with male pronouns in court.

The call was made during a session on Thursday, which also debated the involvement of trans activist Teddy Cook in the case against Australia's eSafety Commissioner.

The entire case is about whether or not Chris violated Australian policy by addressing a "trans man" with biologically correct female pronouns. And the judge has said such language isn't allowed in court.

Again, maybe I'm crazy, but I can't see this judge being exactly unbiased in this case.

Chris, for his part, is displaying the testicular fortitude necessary to push back on the madness.

Here is Chris's statement on X:

The [eSafety Office of Australia] ordered my post taken down partly because I called Teddy Cook a woman.

Now in the appeal, before anything has even really started, the judge says we can't call Teddy Cook a woman.

I will not be complying with this. Teddy Cook is a woman. Find me in contempt. Arrest me at the hearing. Whatever. I'm not lying for an activist judge.

The eSafety office had 5 lawyers and their general manager there for a basic Directions Hearing.

My appeal is now officially linked with X's appeal. This case is very important and I'm not giving an inch for a cultish ideology which is harming hundreds of thousands of kids.

The federal judge overseeing my case at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal also happens to be the President of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
