Well, would you look at this?
Just under a week since it was announced that the Nashville Covenant shooter's manifesto would be released more than a month after the shooting, Nashville police put out this statement today:
Due to pending litigation filed this week, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has been advised by counsel to hold in abeyance the release of records related to the shooting at The Covenant School...
Translation: Someone is suing to keep the manifesto hidden.
I'm not a lawyer, but this seems like the Nashville police have been threatened big time not to release this manifesto by someone pretty powerful.
Whatever is in the manifesto, it's important to know.
It can be assumed that the shooter targeted the school because of previous history and because they were conservative Christians who opposed the transgender agenda.
But if that's NOT the case it could all be cleared up by the police releasing the manifesto and all related materials ASAP.
What is being hidden?
