Update: Looks like X is starting to resolve issues.

Whenever these things happen, it's hard to find information because Elon renamed Twitter to a random letter of the alphabet, which makes searches a bit more difficult.
But according to Forbes, by 10:11 a.m., 68,000 users had reported issues, which means the problem is a lot bigger than that.
For most people, when a page or app doesn't load, they simply close it or go somewhere else. This is a major annoyance for, say, a news website that relies on the internet's biggest social media platform for real-time news.
This is the second time this week that X has had issues. On Tuesday, the platform suffered from lag and loading errors (though fortunately this particular news editor wasn't affected).
X's developer page currently says all systems are operational.
