As President, as the executive, Donald Trump plans to fire A LOT of executive employees.
So libs are working hard to make sure it's impossible for him to do so.
Yeah, we're at the stage where the "Deep State" deniers are writing stories explaining how the Deep State is working to protect itself.
A collection of activists, advocates and legal experts is promoting new federal rules to limit presidential power while urging Biden's White House to do more to protect his accomplishments and limit Trump in a possible second term. All of that is happening with far less fanfare than plans by Trump supporters to create a conservative government-in-waiting via an effort known as "Project 2025."
The Office of Personnel Management, the federal government's chief human resources agency, will finalize a rule by April against reclassifying tens of thousands of workers so they can be more easily fired, according to OPM spokesperson Viet Tran. A future administration would likely have to spend months or years unwinding the rule.
So much for the Deep State being a conspiracy.
The Swamp protects its own.
They're so afraid of Trump's revenge tour that they are creating a web of legal red tape that is meant to keep themselves and their friends in power and prevent Donald Trump from hiring people loyal to conservative values instead of being loyal to Democrats.
DC bureaucracy is a Democrat patronage network and they want to keep it that way.
Democrats give high-paying jobs to lackeys, they write laws that give these bureaucrats insane levels of power, and in return they expect these Swamp Creatures to keep things running in accordance with Democrat priorities.
They even want to prevent Donald Trump from using the military to protect our country, the one most obvious use for the military.
Still, Norm Eisen, who was chief ethics counselor to President Barack Obama, wants Biden to issue executive orders that could limit the use of the military domestically. Trump has talked about sending troops to the southern border or to Democrat-run cities dealing with rising crime rates.
"I understand the potential reluctance to signal any risk here as a political matter and that's not an illegitimate consideration," said Eisen, a senior fellow in governance studies at the left-leaning Brookings Institution. "But there are countervailing considerations given the threat that we face."
What threat? He's talking about the "threat" of protecting our border from invasion.
The Democrats want total control of DC and the nation and they're scared to death of the threat Donald Trump poses to the regime they've spent decades installing.
This is exactly right, The Swamp, the Deep State, the bureaucracy, whatever you call it are all Democrats and leftists controlling the levers of powers from beneath, no matter who The President is.
Donald Trump has to drain The Swamp this time around. It may be the last chance in our lifetimes to do so.
We have to know what time it is.
There is a dark underbelly in DC and Donald Trump's "Vengeance Tour" may just be, if he can control himself and focus his efforts, exactly what we need to win this country back from the hands of the Deep State.
