The first report occurred around 6:40 p.m. Deputies spoke with the victim, who said they were walking from Schandler Hall Park to a friend's house.
While walking on Chattanooga Drive, Luis emerged from the bushes, pointed a knife at the victim and said, 'Give me your shoes,' LCSO said.
The victim pushed Luis and ran. The victim said that as they were running, they felt something hit their back. This caused the victim to turn around, only to find Luis gone, LCSO said.
The next report came in around 6:46 p.m. Deputies responded to the scene at Schandler Hall Park, where the victim said they were playing at the park when Luis approached on a bike.
Luis brandished a knife and said he was going to take the victim's backpack, and said he would stab the victim if they tried to stop him, LCSO said.
This kid is TWELVE!

Neither the police nor local media gave any information about this boy's parents, how he illegally crossed the border, or what would lead him to a life of violent crime before he even turns 13.
