If I paid this much for a comic, I'd leave it inside a bulletproof case in the National Archives for Nicholas Cage to try and steal:

$3.25 MILLI. The price makes this the most expensive comic book ever owned.

When this first edition of Superman's comic was printed in 1938, it cost 10 cents.

TEN CENTS!

Apparently, the seller only bought the comic in 2018 for $2 million, which means they just pocketed over a million bucks for a three-year investment. That's better than some GME stonks right there!

I hope this person enjoys their comic book.

Again, keep an eye out for Nick Cage.
