I wish there was some sort of twist to the headline but there is not. It is just a really ridiculous story.

According to the report, Edith Riddle, 34, and her daughter had just exited a meeting with the vice principal on campus but rather than actually leave campus, the daughter walked through the cafeteria and pushed the victim to the ground, proceeding to punch her. Edith then joined in, punching the victim who was still lying on the ground.

The arrest report stated that Riddle had a BOXING GLOVE attached to her left hand. Apparently, the boxing glove had been on her hand during the ENTIRE meeting with the vice principal. She had told the school that it was super glued to her wrist and she was unable to remove it for the meeting.

The victim suffered abrasions to her knees and forearms and was taken to the hospital for a follow-up evaluation. Riddle was arrested and charged with one count of child abuse with a personal/special weapon.

The lady had a meeting while wearing one boxing glove. Seems like a bit of a red flag. At what point does the school just say, "Come back when you don't have a boxing glove super glued on your left hand"?
