A homeless man in L.A. broke into a Mexican restaurant and stole a bunch of liquor and I guess the police didn't do anything about it because he did the same thing the next week

Let's check in on California and see if things are still going California-ish over there.

A homeless man in Los Angeles broke into a restaurant for the second time in just one week, this time entering through a skylight in the ceiling and drinking expensive liquor until passing out.

The incident happened at Baja Cantina in Venice early Sunday morning, FOX11 Los Angeles reported.

In video shared with the station, the homeless man can be seen dangling from the ceiling as he lowers himself into the restaurant.

It's no joke. He really did just drop on down through the ceiling.

And man, did he have a party. From FOX11:

He then headed straight for the bar, pulling out multiple bottles of top-shelf liquor and drinking directly from them. For the next hour and a half, the increasingly intoxicated intruder downed multiple bottles, smoked cigarettes, broke a refrigerator, and caused thousands of dollars' worth of damage.

Yep:

I suppose Los Angeles could try and get its devastating homeless problem under control but I guess that is too much to ask of a California municipal government.
