A Satanic statue was erected at the Michigan Capitol and this Democrat staffer thinks it's "sexy"

The Satanists are back, this time at the Michigan Capitol, with their beloved satanic goat statue designed to mock Christianity:

The Satanic Temple is no longer desecrating the Capitol grounds with its "Snaketivity scene" so apparently another Satanic group came in and built this ugly little guy. That's a Democrat staffer giving the statue a smooch, by the way.

This lady claimed the post was a joke, yet she deleted it as well, which is slightly confusing.

Turns out mocking Christianity isn't simply a joke, it's a way of life for some very bad people and when you point that out they fold.

The Satanic group that put up this statue represents the extreme, but it's without a doubt that our country is falling more in love with Satan every day, whether we realize it or not. It's a struggle to defy sin, and one must work hard every day to rid oneself of it, lest one give up and, eventually, become a Satanist.

I stand with the Republicans in the Michigan House, who penned this letter which defines the exact position any sane person would have on this issue, so I'll leave it here in full:

We, as members of the Michigan House of Representatives, respectfully request the removal of the statue depicting a satanic goat from the grounds of the Capitol. We believe that its presence not only contradicts the foundational principles of our nation but also promotes a public display of evil.

Our nation's ethos is deeply rooted in moral and virtuous principles, as highlighted by John Adams in his letter to the Massachusetts Militia: "Morality and virtue are the foundation of our Republic and necessary for a society to be free." The presence of this statue at the Capitol seems to undermine these core values, which are fundamental to the Republic's foundation.

As elected representatives of our respective districts, we are entrusted with upholding the values and principles our nation was built upon. Therefore, we strongly urge the Capitol Commission to consider the implications of having such a statue on the Capitol grounds and to take decisive action in its removal.

Our firm belief is that removing this statue will resonate with the principles of good and morality that our country cherishes. We trust that the Capitol Commission will promptly address this matter, affirming that symbols of evil have no place within the grounds of the Michigan State Capitol.

We earnestly hope that the Capitol Commission will uphold the highest standards of decorum and respect by preventing the exhibition of any symbols representing hatred or evil on the premises of Michigan's government seat. As we approach the Christmas season, it is an opportune moment to contemplate and honor the foundational principles and values imparted by our nation's founding fathers.

We should keep a copy of this letter handy, because there will only be more of this Satanist nonsense to come. This Satanist stuff isn't sexy, or hip, or even clever โ€” it's evil, and anyone who supports it is evil too.

As far as getting the statue removed, well, this is freedom of expression. It's right there in the First Amendment, technically. So the law will not allow for its legal removal, and that's all I'll say.
