I can't stop laughing at this.
That's Nokomis Daycare Center manager Nasrulah Mohamed in Minneapolis.
He says thieves broke into this ONE daycare among dozens of Somali daycares in the area, and decided to steal documents that would show who is (or isn't) enrolled at the daycare, who works for the daycare, and how the daycare has spent money.
(They do realize that the authorities can track spending even if their checkbook was stolen, right??)
What might be even funnier is that the media didn't even challenge the daycare's claim.
