Why oh why did I ever stop collecting trading cards??

A mint-condition Tom Brady rookie card from the year 2000 just sold for $555,988 on eBay.

"It's as close to perfect as you ever really see on the issue," said one of the sellers from PCWW Marketplace.

PCWW also called it "what we personally believe to be the single most important modern football card ever produced."

The good news is that shipping is only $8.00, although since it's leaving from Portland, I would probably pay for armored transport if I were the buyer. 😉
