We all know it's important to stay hydrated. But how exactly do you get the water into you?
Apparently, the BBC felt there was enough confusion around the issue of hydration among their staff that they needed to offer an online training course in water-drinking.
Here is an actual description of the course that was emailed to BBC staff:
"Attending this webinar will help you to identify the importance of being fully hydrated and find practical ways to achieve this state every day and to understand how being fully hydrated will improve health, overall wellbeing and performance."
I can think of one, and only one, "practical way of achieving this state" of hydration and that would be to DRINK WATER.
There. Saved you an hour.
But maybe some people need a little more help with that than others. 🤷♂️
