A Washington state jail is offering free Ramen noodles to inmates who get the vaccine

A Washington state jail is incentivizing Covid vaccination by—and I'm not kidding—offering free Ramen noodles to inmates who choose to get the jab.

A poster advertising the program says participants get "10 free ramen noodle soups."

10 free bags of ramen?!?!?!?!

In my college days this would've been hook, line, and sinker for me.

No question.

But in jail?

Well, get this: ramen noodles have now replaced tobacco as the number 1 currency in prison.

No lie.

I honestly would've never guessed that.

Apparently the food in the clink is so bad that eating Ramen noodles is like eating at The Cheesecake Factory.

Sad.

Well, we will see if this works for the Benton County Jail in Washington.

If it doesn't they should just give in and start handing out Lucky Strikes to vaxxed inmates instead.

That'd be cool.
