What kind of twilight zone have I just stepped into?

The ACLU hasn't been anything more than a far-left activist group for a few decades. All of a sudden it's actually caring about the erasure of civil liberties???

They went on:

Absolutely bonkers!

I didn't know they still had any capacity to resist the power of the totalitarian Left!

I'm not the only one who thought so:

Someone at the ACLU is clearly thinking rationally. I assume the Left will now have no choice but to arrest them for thoughtcrime.
