You can amend it and focus on certain kinds of speech, "misinformation", "disinformation", and all you're saying is we know people are going to put stuff on your alleged "town square" which has become, really a communications company.
This is a direct shot at Elon Musk for trying to restore Twitter as the digital town square and a platform for free speech.
Klobuchar and the Dems are all fine if the misinformation and disinformation is government approved, like that the Covid jab stops the spread, or that the 2020 election was completely shenanigan-free.
But if YOU spread disinformation (like saying men can't become women), and if Twitter doesn't silence you, she wants to use the government to force Twitter to abide by their rules.
And she's not alone.
