An Amazon truck got split in half by a train in 2021 and the video from inside the truck just found its way to the internet

Back in 2021, Amazon driver Alexander Evans was going about his business, driving along a country road near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, when his delivery truck was wrecked by an Amtrak train. The train split his truck in half, but somehow Evans made it out alive and only went to the hospital out of precaution.

Evans is deaf in his left ear, which explains why he didn't hear the train horn until it was too late, but let's take a look at the tape and see how cool Evans stayed during this crazy accident (notice there are no lights, no signals, nothing at the intersection).

First, for perspective, the driver's POV:

Now from inside the truck:

He barely even flinched!

But for real, how did he not see that train??

Funny thing, that was Evans' 33rd birthday. And he almost got the live version of Final Destination as a gift. Good thing he survived it; Evans is a loving husband and father to two little girls, so that could've been devastating.

It's just crazy to me that he just casually got out of that half-an-Amazon-truck like it was no big deal. Like, that was death right there and he's just unfazed.

I do have one thought as I let you go: I wonder if Alexander still drives for Amazon.

I know I wouldn't.
