I guess it shouldn't come as a total shock that Australia would be the country to have a kangaroo court, but that's what this looks like.

Kirralie Smith, who is an advocate for women's sports and an opponent of men competing with and against women in athletics, says she is being dragged to court regarding four different cases starting next week for "misgendering" on social media.

Here's the letter from the tweet:

In short, Smith is being brought before a tribunal in 4 separate cases for calling a man a man and saying that he shouldn't compete in women's sports.

This is in Australia. I guess free speech just isn't a thing there.

Nor is sanity.
