During a TV timeout in the Iowa-Northwestern basketball game, student manager, Jack Devlin, trotted out to the half-court line and casually drained the bucket.

The entire Iowa team jumped up from the sidelines and came out to midcourt to mob the student manager.

Watch:

This isn't a halftime shot, this is just during the middle of a game during a timeout.

What an absolutely awesome moment for Jack.

It's so awesome to see the team react like this, with absolute love for this manager.

Thank goodness for smartphones, because we have more angels of the shot that capture how the entire crowd reacted.

This moving segment from the Big 10 network produced a couple years ago sheds even more light into how special this moment was:

Jack has overcome a mental and learning disability to get where he is today, and that shot last night was just icing on the cake.

What a special moment for this senior!
