Florida man Travis McBride worked as an anger management therapist, at least until he lost his temper and murdered a man.
A witness said that McBride had come to her looking for Clinton Dorsey, the homeless guy who lived in the woods across from her house, because Dorsey had allegedly put glass in his dogs' water dish to hurt them. He told her he was going to kill Dorsey when he found him.
And then he did.
Multiple witnesses called 911 to report the murder.
One witness said,
'There's been a murder that happened,' the caller said. 'We got a couple of eyewitnesses, and I believe-- the person right now he's looking at the road, cleaning up the blood off the ground.'
They also saw him drag a body across the road and throw it in the trunk of his car.
McBride was arrested and is being charged with first degree murder. He is being held without bond.
I'm not sure what kind of anger-management techniques McBride was peddling, but they clearly don't work.
In fact, according to court records, in 2017, McBride was arrested and accused of strangling a relative because of the way they handled one of his dogs. He managed to avoid conviction and jail time after agreeing to complete at least six months of counseling.
This guy was a time bomb of rage.
He should have stuck with singing Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim's "I feel pretty."
