This real estate CEO is seeking to up diversity in her business so she, a white liberal female, is going to personally sign off on any white males who might be hired.

Tell me how this isn't racial discrimination!

Not only is this apparently totally NOT illegal in the UK, but it's being celebrated by Fortune!

Speaking at the Sexism in the City inquiry, Blanc, who became the blue-chip company's first female chief executive in 2020, told a parliamentary committee that there was "no non-diverse hire at Aviva without it being signed off by me and the chief people officer".

"Not because I don't trust my team but [because] I want to make sure that the process followed for that recruitment has been diverse, has been properly done and is not just a phone call to a mate saying, ‘would you like a job, pop up and we'll fix it up for you'," she said according to multiple outlets.

If you wanna hire a white dude you've gotta go through British Karen first!

Maybe this is why we shouldn't have women as CEOs.

The real problem is that we have institutions run by woke HR departments that think DEI is the end-all.

We have a long climb back up to normality ahead of us, if this is the type of thing celebrated by the elites.
