On Sunday night, February 6, Ottawa Police seized fuel and arrested a number of Freedom Convoy protesters, most were later released without charge.

Over 100 police officers came in to confiscate the fuel, which is keeping truckers warm in the freezing cold Canadian winter while the protest against Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

How did the public respond to this?

Well, they started bringing in more fuel to help the truckers.

The police's intimidation tactic was like water off a duck's back.

"We're fully prepared to be here into the spring and into the summer," says Tom, an organizer of the Freedom Convoy.

Not only is the public helping truckers any way they can but the truckers and protesters are keeping a positive and playful spirit.

Freedom Convoy protesters are now walking around Ottawa with empty jerry cans.

This is a real mature "na-na-na-na boo boo" and it is hilarious.

This is what unity looks like. This is what a peaceful protest looks like.

A real "you mess with us, we'll mess with you" attitude in the least harmful was possible.
