Australian doctor might lose medical license for sharing Babylon Bee articles

We all know The Babylon Bee is dangerous Russia-funded misinformation designed to destroy democracy, or something. The danger is so great that Australia has even moved on from their national sport — breakdancing — to focus on this real threat, according to a report from Caldron Pool.

In 2018, Dr. Jereth Kok came under investigation by the Medical Board of Australia after two anonymous complaints were filed regarding his social media posts, with the Board searching through a decade of social media content that included gasp five Babylon Bee articles!

They even hired forensic specialists, who flagged more than 80 Facebook posts (OK boomer), including content from known master criminals Matt Walsh, Allie Beth Stuckey, and Katy Faust.

In 2019, Dr. Kok was told he would be suspended from practicing medicine to protect the "public interest" ... which I guess means Australian Karens.

(They're like British Karens, but with a criminal record.)

Five years later, his professional misconduct trial finally began in July 2024, with closing arguments set for October 14.
