Democrats are going absolutely insane trying to make Joe Biden seem more competent, sharper, younger, and more relatable than he really is.

So much so that they apparently are photoshopping Joe Biden to make him look younger. But the result is just that he looks even creepier and uncanny.

Here's what Dem strategist and former party chair Chris Jackson shared on his Twitter account, where it got nearly 15k likes.

At least Trump's fans would just photoshop his head onto Rocky. They weren't actually trying to fool anyone.
