Ladies and gentlemen, and I do mean ladies and gentlemen, THIS is what "based" looks like.

Knowing she would receive massive hate both in-person and online, United States Senator from Wyoming, Cynthia Lummis, declared in her commencement speech at the University of Wyoming that there are, in fact, only two sexes.

The author of this tweet, of course, thinks he is exposing Lummis and her grave sin of hurting the feelings of transgenders and these snowflake college students with her political grandstanding.

In reality, she's saying something we all knew to be true until just a few minutes ago, and the students there go on to prove her point about THEIR intolerance.

Even fundamental scientific truths such as the existence of two sexes, male and female, are subject to challenge these days.

This is the statement that elicited prolonged boos and jeers from the audience.

These are individuals graduating from the University of Wyoming. What an absolute embarrassment to the school.

Lummis doesn't even contend that there are only two genders, just that there are two sexes. That is a fact of biology. There's male and there's female and that's it. Not even the gender studies people would deny this.

And these "best and brightest" of Wyoming are shouting down this statement.

This should be an embarrassment to the school.

If I was president of this university, I would withhold the degrees of everyone who booed at this common-sense statement. Sorry, you'll need to go back and retake Anatomy 101 if you don't understand this.

However, that's not what the actual coward of a president, Ed Seidel, did. He instead groveled and apologized.

Paraphrased: "We're diverse! I'm sorry! Please don't hate us! We'll never invite a Republican ever again! I promise!"

Oh, and it gets worse.

This apology from the university president was not woke enough, so there was a letter from the woke brigade at the university that further decried Lummis's hurtful statements of fact.

Our faculty and staff know this is not the scientific truth... Regardless of biological sex, gender has a wide variety of expression. Research and lived experience continue to reveal more about the connection and interaction of gender presentation and identity.

This is not a school, ladies, and gentlemen, this is a left-wing gender-Marxist brainwashing institution. There's no other way to explain this.

This is utterly insane.

Of course it's signed by the Co-Chair of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE), as well as the Director of the School of Culture, Gender, and Social Justice.

Thank goodness we have based politicians, like Lummis, who are unafraid to speak the truth.
