The Biden Administration has just sued Oklahoma for a new law that allows law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants who enter the state.

The DOJ had previously sued Iowa and Texas over similar laws. In the lawsuit, they allege that the law "intrudes on the federal government's exclusive authority to regulate noncitizens' entry and reentry into, and presence in, the United States."

Never mind the fact that the federal government isn't doing its job. These laws wouldn't be necessary if they were.
