President Biden will announce Thursday that certain employers must ensure their workers are fully vaccinated or tested weekly by Jan. 4, 2022, or face federal fines starting at nearly $14,000 per violation, according to senior administration officials.

You may have thought this already happened, but Biden never actually signed any executive order. He just threatened to do so, which costs an untold number of people their jobs.

Just a reminder that the unbelievable vast majority of people who get the Rona will survive without hospitalization, and that tens of millions in America (or more) already have natural immunity!

Employers with 100 or more workers must implement a mandatory vaccination program and/or mandate weekly testing and masks for those who refuse the vaccine. Two doses of either Pfizer or the Moderna shots or one dose of Johnson & Johnson's vaccine will be acceptable.

Plenty of companies, such as The Daily Wire, are refusing and will sue the Biden admin over what is honest-to-God the most insane violation of rights that I have seen in my lifetime. Only tyrants act this way.

At least 40 U.S. Senators are challenging the ruling.

"This rule is unconstitutional overreach by the President of the United States, pure and simple. Individual freedoms and the rule of law are too often an afterthought with this administration, while broken promises continue piling up. We all want to put this pandemic behind us, but the decision to vaccinate is an individual choice, and should not be mandated by the federal government. The federal government does not have the constitutional or statutory authority to take this action, and to make this clear we will be exercising our Congressional authority to overturn this rule with a Congressional Review Act Resolution." - Senator Dan Sullivan (R-AK)

By the way, this comes as Covid cases are trending down.

Covid is not an existential threat to this nation. It's mostly a health threat to the elderly and those with immune issues.
