If THIS is the quality of federal judge that Joe Biden is appointing to the federal bench, I think it's safe to say that we are officially doomed as a country.

Charnelle Bjelkengren is currently a judge for the Spokane County superior court in Washington, and Biden wants to make her a district judge.

Kennedy: Judge... tell me what Article V of the Constitution does.

Bjelkengren: Article V is not coming to mind at the moment.

Kennedy: Okay, how about Article II?

Bjelkengren: Neither is Article II.
