Joe Biden did not look well today as he continued governing by dictatorial executive fiat, signing his 40th executive order in the last week.
Biden mumbled, coughed, and even referred to Trump as the current president as he signed an order expanding good ol' Obamacare.
He had a particularly bad coughing fit as he mentioned Trump's "attack on women's health," AKA "attack on slaughtering unborn children."
