For some reason, in a speech announcing MORE sanctions against Russia for invading Ukraine, Biden said that his administration's sanctions "weren't expected to prevent anything."

Really, he said that!

But that's been his entire policy towards Russia from the beginning. Here's video of multiple Biden officials all touting the sanctions placed on Russia, promoting the idea that they would work to deter them:

Yeaaaaaah.

The problem is, now that they did not work, Biden has decided that he knew it wasn't going to work in the first place.

Is he anything but a joke?
