The gloriously based Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is famously silent during most hearings, but it seems that he couldn't hold his piece in this insane case.
So what's this case all about?
This all started when New Jersey's far-Left, pro-abortion Attorney General Matthew Platkin subpoenaed Christian pro-life pregnancy centers to investigate them for "consumer fraud."
The subpoena required the pregnancy center to disclose its donors.
The alleged "concern" was that the pregnancy centers were "tricking" women into thinking they performed abortions in order to get them through the doors.
The catch? This suspicion seems to have been based on nothing, as there were zero consumer complaints.

The Alliance Defending Freedom, which is representing the pregnancy centers in this case, said this:
First Choice Women's Resource Centers fulfills a vital need in its community by providing free ultrasounds, STD testing, baby clothes, counseling, and much more. New Jersey's attorney general is making a political example of First Choice simply because it provides pro-life and religious alternatives to his extreme pro-abortion viewpoints. We are urging the court to protect First Choice from these burdensome demands and uphold its First Amendment rights.
Based on the hearing, sources are reporting the justices sound sympathetic to the pregnancy center's argument.
Even liberal justice Kagan, questioning the leftist lawyer, said:
An ordinary person - one of the funders for this organization … presented with this subpoena and then told ‘but don't worry, it has to be stamped by a court,' is not going to take that as very reassuring.
Seems like a cut and dried case of legal harassment against a group Leftists didn't like. However the lib justices end up ruling, we know where Clarence Thomas stands.
