By this, the White House means they want to ban regular sporting rifles and standard-capacity magazines so that anything with tech past 1850 is illegal.

Because the Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting.

Why would Biden be pushing you to have a list of everyone with scary-looking modern guns at the same time he's pushing to make said guns illegal?
