The camera will only be on while the session is formally underway. It will be located away from the defendant to avoid filming the defendant while he is being transported in shackles, or filming sensitive information on his lawyer's computer screen.
Any violation will result in "termination of broadcast."
While the court believes in openness and transparency, it needs to be balanced with the constitutional rights of all parties in this case.
I think Charlie would respect that.
