I was at brunch this weekend and noticed a flyer for "Drag Bingo" on the wall of the restaurant.

It's Pride Month, so I kind of brushed it off. We were at an establishment in Dane County (Madison), Wisconsin, after all. But the flyer got me thinking about the rules of the Left, and how drag breaks a few of the more strict ones.

If I were a leftist in the year 2031, I'd probably title this article "The White Supremacist Roots Of Drag." Give it time and I truly believe the lefties will have to turn their backs on drag.

Why do I think this?

It should be obvious: Drag is simply men dressing up as ridiculous caricatures of women - cultural appropriation at its finest.

It's not "trans," where mentally handicapped individuals claim to think they're the opposite sex; it's a fake put-on where men mock women. Men mocking women should be, under leftist rules, the same as men wearing black face or a Native American headdress. It should be off limits, but for some reason it's not.

Leftists will tell you that drag has a long history.

But where did this history begin?

Well, back in the day, women weren't allowed to perform in plays, so men played their parts for them. If this isn't the evil white man keeping women down, I don't know what is.

The Human Rights Campaign tells us,

Drag has its origins in a much older cultural history. As far back as ancient Greece and Rome, and the Elizabethan Era in England, actors de-facto performed in drag, as women were not allowed to become actors, which led to men performing female roles, in female dress, in stage plays.

The HRC calls drag "As American as apple pie," but fails to connect the dots, even though their very excerpt says this: "Actors de-facto performed in drag, as women were not allowed to become actors."

Women were not allowed to perform, so men played their parts for them. This was the same for blacks. Blacks couldn't perform, so white men played their parts for them.

Those who hold the power are using their performances to mock those without power by making a parody of them, which it turn reenforces the power structure. Per left-wing ideology, drag exemplifies the peak of the "white colonialist patriarchy."

Obviously, us normies have our own, legitimate reasons for disliking the mainstreaming of drag - mainly the sexualization of our kids and our culture - but if the leftists want to stick to their beliefs, they've got to, at some point, come out against this mockery of women.

Play by your rules, lefties!
