After almost a decade of legal persecution from Planned Parenthood lawyers and California Attorney General Kamala Harris, charges against pro-life activist David Daleiden have been dropped.
Daleiden runs The Center for Medical Progress, a group that famously exposed Planned Parenthood's trafficking and felony profiting off the sale and trade of human baby parts.
The group also exposed Planned Parenthood's practice of covering for abusers by not reporting rapes to the government as required by law.
Daleiden made the following announcement on X, saying he agreed to a "no contest" plea in exchange for no penalties or jail time.

In addition to the aggressive lawfare Kamala Harris brought against Daleiden to destroy his life, judges on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit required him to pay millions of dollars in damages to Planned Parenthood.
Now, Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress are free to resume their holy war against the inhuman butchers at Planned Parenthood.
We can't help but wonder though, when will the DOJ be prosecuting Planned Parenthood for their illegal activities?
