No matter how crazy you think things got with your family on Christmas, you can be sure it wasn't this crazy.
According to officials, a man decapitated a sea lion on Christmas day and fled the scene on an e-bike … with the animal's head.
From USA Today:
The mammal was found dead on Christmas Day at Doran Regional Park in Bodega Bay, a village in Sonoma County, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced on their website this week.
Later that day, a park staff member discovered someone had decapitated the deceased sea lion, NOAA wrote in a news release posted Tuesday.
While bizarre incidents may not be uncommon in California — the land of the fruits and the nuts — this one takes the cake. Or the sea lion head, as it were. The authorities are currently looking for a person of interest.
Officials described the suspect as a 'tan-complexioned male, approximately 30 - 40 years old, dressed in all black.'
The suspect was seen using 'a black 8-inch knife to remove the sea lion's head, placing it in a clear plastic bag, and riding away' on an electric bike, officials wrote in the release.
Look, that's a few years too young, but has anybody asked where RFK Jr. was on Christmas?
I'm just sayin'!!
