Zach Hornstein, wore his MAGA hat to school to Laguna Beach High School on September 11, the day after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and another student took issue with the attire, tossing the hat in the garbage.
Guess which student was suspended?
Hornstein said at the end of the school day, a girl pulled his hat off and threw it in a trash can in the girls' restroom. He said she then started using profanity to describe President Donald Trump.
‘I made a joke towards them and said, "If you don't like it here, Canada's open borders, feel free to go,'" Hornstein said.
Girl trashes Zach's hat, girl starts cussing out him and Trump, Zach then says if you don't like America, you can go to Canada.
But Zach is the one who was forced to serve a two day suspension from school.

They're saying that I told a group of girls to 'go back where they came from.' I never said that. When they called in the girl who was involved she like literally told them I never said that.
I mean ... if we are to believe Zach, it sounds like the lib teachers and administrators went with a fake story to try to get him suspended.
Hornstein's mother, Janet Semenova, feels the school is targeting her son because of his political beliefs, placing blame on him, whom she says was the original victim.
'I think it's a double standard,' Semenova said. 'I think kids who have certain political beliefs are held to a different standard than kids who have other political beliefs.'
The mom doesn't think that the behavior of either child rose to the level of suspension.
The school and principal upheld the suspension, according to Fox 11, so the Hornstein family is considering taking the case up to the school board.
