Remember last week when Sean Strickland went off on a Canadian reporter who asked him a question about homophobia, telling the reporter he was a weak man if he let his kid be part of the rainbow cult?
Well it looks like those same Canadian journalist took on UFC President Dana White and asked him how he feels about his fighters speaking their mind on the 2SLGBTQIA+ community โ or as the journalist notes, "getting into the territory of homophobia." Boy, let me tell you, it did not go well for that Canadian journalist.
Watch:
[Warning: Language]
Reporter: You obviously give a long leash to your fighters about what they can say when they are up there with the UFC microphone and you are getting into territory of homophobia, transphobia...
White: A leash? Free speech. Control what people say? And to tell people what to believe? ... I don't [forking] tell any other human being what to say, what to think, and there's no leashes on any of them ... Free speech, brother: People can say whatever they want and they can believe whatever they want.
That's how you do it, people.
That's how you play ball with the alphabet club.
Big round of applause for Mr. White on this one.
