By all accounts I've seen, this is 100% real.

Is this person on acid? Meth? Bath Salts? Ivermectin?

How is this person able to move so fluidly and quickly on all fours?

Why is he or she doing this in the middle of the night?

Why is he or she apparently naked while doing so?

Jus altogether, just, HOW? WHY?

And lastly...

How am I going to sleep tonight knowing that this person exists on this planet? 😩
