The University of Michigan is kicking students with the 'Rona out of their dorms and telling them to go stay in a hotel because that will stop the spread or something 🥴

Sometimes, I am somehow still SHOCKED by how purely asinine "public health" people can be in regards to Covid.

It's 2023, Covid is basically the flu, typical college students won't be hurt by Covid, and we're still going through an entire emergency, code red protocol for the disease. And it won't work.

Here's how the University of Michigan is handling Covid this 2023 school year:

If you are a Michigan student who lives on campus you have to leave the dorms filled with college students who are relatively safe from Covid and go stay at your parents' (who are presumably older and more susceptible to the WuFlu), OR just rent a hotel room for FIVE DAYS (which every broke college kid can totally afford) and live your normal life in the wider population.

Nothing about the Covid response has EVER made sense. The public health "experts" have literally no idea how real life works.

It's 2023. Covid is a bad cold. But in hyper-liberal enclaves like Ann Arbor, they're still gonna force people to do dumb, expensive things that don't work so that the higher-ups feel like they're making a difference.

Wanna know my policy that makes a world of sense and would actually help cut down on cases?

It's really simple, just seven words:

"If sick, do not come to class."
