Trans inmate sues Trump for not letting [correct pronoun redacted for Facebook] stay in women's prison

Lost in the tidal wave of monumental accomplishments President Trump has racked up in less than 10 days in office is this amusing case of a male convict suing Trump for refusing to allow him to serve his sentence in a women's prison.

As reported by The Daily Caller, a man who pretends to be a woman filed a lawsuit alleging Trump violated his constitutional rights by signing an executive order banning men from being incarcerated in women's facilities.

A male inmate who claims to be transgender filed a lawsuit Sunday against President Donald Trump, alleging that his constitutional rights have been violated after he was removed from a women's prison in the wake of an executive order.

The inmate, who goes by the name "Maria Moe," had been incarcerated in a women's prison but was moved to a separate unit to await transfer to a men's facility due to Trump's order. Moe alleges that the executive order violates constitutional and federal laws because it "targets" transgender people and removes "established" legal protections.

Sure thing, Moe.

Coincidentally, the lawsuit was filed under a pseudonym, which just happens to avoid revealing why Moe was sentenced to prison in the first place.

Hmmm … makes you wonder why.

In any event, the lawsuit looks to be the first of many sure to be filed in resistance to the sweeping changes the Trump administration is making. Many people will be watching the case closely to see its outcome.

Especially inmates of women's prisons who are actually female.
