The Portland District of the Corps decided to get creative when showing off their civil works projects this year and made a calendar with giant cats photoshopped onto infrastructure projects in the district.
I feel like I should make some crack about our tax dollars at work, but honestly, some of these are kind of funny, and some are kind of cute.
