Looks like the leftist utopia of Portland is going the way of every leftist utopia before it:
Sad!
And instead of getting rid of the homeless camps, prosecuting criminals, cracking down on drugs, and passing policies that protect families from unstable people roaming the streets, the city is just gonna try to move the shantytowns to a designated area.
