Sunnyfields Farm in Hampshire, UK, just earned the world record for the largest pumpkin mosaic for their artwork inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas. The mosaic used around 10,000 pumpkins and measured approximately 2,081 square feet.
I didn't even know there was such a thing as a pumpkin mosaic. Apparently, I've been missing out.
The mosaic took five workers 10 hours to complete, but because that would be incredibly boring to watch, you can just watch this really cool timelapse in about 20 seconds.
That's a big pumpkin mosaic!
The Nelson family, who own Sunnyfield Farms, said of the Guinness World Record,
We feel Officially Amazing. Although we didn't build the mosaic for the recognition, it was fantastic to receive the accolade and it has meant a lot to the team who has spent many hours building the seasonal displays.
This is definitely a Halloween decoration I can get behind.
Severed heads and realistic fires, not so much. 👇
