Remember when Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson spent $30,000 in campaign donations on hair and makeup to support black- and brown-owned businesses, essentially buying their support?
Well, as mayor, Johnson now admits to giving preferential treatment to black businesses, which is 100% discriminatory.
Boa Construction received the prime construction contract at O'Hare under my administration. It's the first black prime construction company to have a prime contract anywhere in the United States of America.

There's also this:
Now, take a moment to imagine a white mayor who did this -- except, of course, this white mayor would give preferential treatment to white-owned businesses.
You think that would fly??
Of course it wouldn't. Because it's discrimination based on race, which is illegal.
The Fourteenth Amendment seems to disagree with this Chicago policy. Also, the Illinois Human Rights Act. Pretty simple stuff, this discrimination.
So we're really glad you mentioned this, Mayor Johnson. Hopefully someone in your bluest of blue city will call you on this and take you to court for it.
