Children's entertainment company Disney laments passage of law that [checks notes]... protects young kids from sexual groomers

It's like watching a health food company try to stop a law that bans Coca-Cola and Hershey's from advertising in classrooms:

Florida's HB 1557, also known as the 'Don't Say Gay' bill, should never have passed and should never have been signed into law. Our goal as a company is for this law to be repealed by the legislature or struck down in the courts, and we remain committed to supporting the national and state organizations working to achieve that. We are dedicated to standing up for the rights and safety of LGBTQ+ members of the Disney family, as well as the LGBTQ+ community in Florida and across the country.

Immediate question:

Seriously.

Disney makes entertainment for families. And a lot of families have put up with their woke crud under the wrong belief that the organization would never dare stick its neck fully into politics.

Well, here we are. A kid's company wants desperately to allow kindergarteners to be inundated with sex. It's willing to stake its reputation and profits to bring the full force of the law against parents and their kids.

Maybe they think it's easier to legalize perversion and grooming so they don't have to vet all the predators and pedophiles they keep hiring.

If you have children and love them: Why are you buying anything from Disney any more?
